Janet,  with help from her husband Dave Swan, was the founder of the Dunwoody Jazz Society.  The society sponsored house concerts and vocal jazz workshops in the Atlanta metro area  from 2009 to 2015.   

To promote the jazz society and local live jazz, Janet and Dave hosted a talk radio podcast on Blogtalkradio.com  interviewing local and international jazz artists and playing their music.  These shows have attracted over 10,000 listeners from all over the world.  Blogtalkradio is a thing of the past, but Janet and Dave are working diligently to edit the audio files and make them available here. Stay tuned!

Some of the notable jazz artists we have interviewed include:  Anita Wardell, the late Janet Lawson, Sandy Cressman, Judy Niemack, Penelope Williams, Tom Olsen, Ted Howe, the late Bob Shaw, Champian Fulton, Tyrone Jackson, Joe Gransden, Mace Hibbard, and Trey Wright.
